BlogTracker, by IceRocket, tracks stats of your blog and calculates the rank of all tracked blogs.

How can I start tracking stats of my blog?

You need to register and add your blog. Place JavaScript code into you blog. Analyze your stats!

What should I pay?

Nothing. This product is absolutely free.

I have registered, but didn't get a letter to verify registration. What should I do?

Wait about 30 minutes. Verification email is on the way most likely. After this, if you still didn't get a verification email, write us and we will solve you problem as soon as possible.

I entered my blog address and got an error messages. What am I doing wrong, or tell me what I should do?

These errors tell you that feed of your blog is not valid. You should go here, enter url of your blog, then get all errors, fix feed, and then you can add blog to our service.

I have done everything to verify my blog as instruction says. But it does not verified!

1. Give our tracking code 5-10 minutes to catch your site.
2. Do not add your own address to the list of Blocked IPs for your project until you verify it.
3. Make certain that tracking code is present at the source of your blog, located between tags at the same time, and isn't corrupted by unnecessary symbols.

My blog's attendance has suddenly fallen to zero. What is the matter?

What is the difference between a hit and a visit?

Hit is a single load of a blog-page. Visit is an abstract concept that means a group of hits(intervals between hits are less than 30 minutes) that made by one real visitor.

How long does it take for added blog to be ranked?

Usually it takes up to 48 hours.

How do you measure Rank of the blog?

Our rank is based on the traffic of your blog. The more traffic the blog has the better rank it will have.

I'm confused about what the rank number means. Is the larger number a higher rank or lower rank?

Rank is held by the blog's place in our rating. So the larger number is the lower rank.

What's the difference between Day-by-Day Rank and Rank History reports?

Day-by-Day Rank report shows the trend of blogs' ranks in single days. Rank History report tells of historic(archive) values of rating.

When do you calculate stats and rank?

Hourly stats are calculated at the beginning of each hour (GMT).
Rank is calculated at the 12:00 GMT of each day.

How can I remove my account from Blog Tracker service?

You cannot delete your Blog Tracker account completely. However you can remove all tracked blogs from your account.
